Always a reader. Writing to remember and to share my thoughts on the books I read.
The Lesser Bohemians by Eimear McBride is a story that has been told before in terms of plot. What makes this book unusual is the writing style and the details that are developed in the book. In this case, unfortunately, the choppy writing style and the graphic, lurid details are what make this not the book for me. I wish I had left this at my admiration of the cover which is my favorite part of the book.
